The School employs 32 highly qualified staff. Faculty members hold bachelor degrees in the subjects they teach. One-third hold graduate degrees. In addition to their teaching position, each staff member is responsible for various duties such as coaching, directing work crews, or evening study hall supervision.
While Cono does not employ a full-time counselor, we consider every staff member to be an informal counselor to students in regard to personal concerns, college preparation and spiritual matters. Students receive superb counsel from dorm parents and teachers. Staff members interact with students during a large part of every day. Cono staff are committed to nurturing the whole child.
